"The service I received from the customer service line was great. However, there was some technical difficulties with the line when I called the day before, and I kept getting stuck in a loop. When I did get through the next day though, the employee was very polite, and informative. Your products are great!"

"Hello,

Upon visiting your site I've realized it looks pretty barren. I believe the products can be detailed in more depth and a little more about the company's core values and vision should be included. I appreciate the trade in value you've allotted for the previous model even though I did not own one. It shows customer appreciation and loyalty. I believe i also see this through the accessories on your website. You promote brand lotalty through low prices on accessories and this is something I respect. As far as the product (IQ) I will not be able to review until received. Speaking of, an estimated shipment date should also be provided.
