"I am satisfied with dx. The prices are great, I have already ordered 8 times. The staff reacts to my changes of the orders promptly (within 48 hours - as they advertise) and I was always happy with the next best option since it compared well with the original.
There are some glitches though - but honestly, NO ONE performs at 100%... To enumerate, in one case the picture did not match the product and the shipping time and overall time-to-deliver is quite long. Also, and most importantly, one of their deliveries has still not reached me even though it's almost 2 months. I fear it's lost forever and I am quite curious as to how will dx react to my complaint. So far they've asked me to wait the full 2 months...
Finally, the English of the staff varies a lot, and sometimes it is a pain to try to guess what they are saying.

I haven't receive my order, I checked last post and is that related of headlamps and balast for my car.

I received the tracking number to give the follow up in Hong kong post but, the track number are not valid or that page don't drop info related, that makes me thing that the product hasn't arrived from deal extreme or has been lost from DX store to hong kong post office or the order hasn't shipped.

Then I tried to raise a help desk ticket but i didn't received any answer, I called but the agent customer service are not checked nothing and don't understand well my concern
