"I thought that I had found a gold mine at Deal Extreme but it turned out to be a quagmire. I made sure only to order items that were listed as "in stock" but more than a week after I ordered I received an email saying that the items I ordered were out of stock. The email also asked me if I wanted to be refunded for the non-stocked items which sounded fair. However, when I tried contacting Deal Extreme using their Live Chat option and then their local and long distance phone numbers, none of the contact options worked. It was as if they listed those options only to make you believe that they were an honest vendor, but couldn't be bothered to actually be honest.
So I'm left waiting indefinitely to see if I'll get anything that I ordered. The owners of Deal Extreme only seem to care that they get our money. Once that happens they may send your order, they might not, who knows. Save your money for a company with open lines of communication and one that won't sell you items that they don't have."

"Ordered a watch on July 12 2013 from Canada, received it around 4 Aug 2013 just to find a broken none functional watch in the box.
Reported it to DX customer service and after a lot of emailing back and forth was asked to send the item back for refund , paid the shipping and sent the item back and after 2 months still have not received my refund nor any credit for shipping cost as DX keeps bragging about , extremely unhappy with the service , do not recommend it at all ,very unprofessional and preemptive business style, never going to deal with them again.
