"This was quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Ordered a bluetooth cassette adapter for my car. It would not pair with my player so I wrote for an RMA. When I got the RMA I also received instructions to take a picture of the item and packaging as well as my shipping receipt. At that time I was also told that if the cost of shipping exceeded 32% of the cost of the item they would not cover it. Since the item I bought was $25 and it cost $11 to ship they said they wouldn't cover it. I shipped it anyways. After all that, they informed me they no longer have any in stock and would provide "in store" credit. They have never told me how much credit I have, and frankly I'm wary of ordering anything because if it's faulty it's on me to deal with it. THE. MOST. WORTHLESS. COMPANY. EVER."
"A few days ago I had my first purchase from dx.com. I am dropshipping and wanted to ensure that the package would have no label on it. Upon contacting the live chat operators and asking them how my order would arrive to my customers home I was told by the operator that "it is not my responsibility to answer that question' My question was very simple I would think that any competent employee could have answered that question regardless of whether or not it was their "responsibility".
I tried to place an order with dx.com a few days later for a customer and I ended up losing the sale because I was unable to place an order with the site. Overall I do not like dx.com but use their site because a few things of theirs sell on ebay. When I find a better dropshipper dx.com will be the first dropshipper I take off my list of go to suppliers."
"I've been buying from this store for as long as I can remember. They always have the best prices for gadgets and electronics. I prefer buying from here than eBay for such things. Their customer service is good and I've never had a problem resolving an issue. Shipping is via SuperSaver and since the items are coming from China, expect between 2-5 weeks for it to arrive to Canada. The one time an item was lost in transit, DX resent it without hassle."
"I´ll start by saying I am a satisfied customer from DX since 2009 and I keep spending a fraction of my salary in their products. The web page is confortable and a broad varaiaty of products is offered. In my experience the customer service is good and they have always solved all problem. The average price for the products offered is cheep. You may find the same products on ebay for the same price but never with the free shipping DX offers. The only drawback is the waiting. I live in south america and for me is one month of waiting. On the other hand after a month you receive a surprise is almost like a gift from your past self, jeje."

"I have ordered from DX 3 times. The first 2 orders were shipped to Canada and received with no problem. The products were exactly what I expected. The last order never arrived. The DX tracking number in SingPost shows it as "returned to sender" so they must have had the wrong postage or some other problem.
Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare. They asked me to check with Canada Post and Canada Customs for the package - a completely POINTLESS exercise if it never left their shipper!
Now they want me to pay the return shipping for an item I never received!!!
I was very happy with them on the first 2 orders, but I doubt if I will use them again after this experience."
