"By far the worst customer experience ever for my online shopping. After more than 2 months after they claimed to have sent me my order I have not received the shipment. I can understand this can happen, and was expecting the package to be resent, store credit given or any other solution for this simple matter. Although they have taken my funds they refuse to resolve the issue and keep telling me every week to wait for another 7 days... I'm curious to see how long they keep up this game, but this was definitely the last time I've used their 'services'."

I tried contacting the customer support, they said I should wait more 10 days, I waited. Now the item didn't arrive and my 45 days of buyer protection from PayPal has passed and DealExtreme won't solve my problem. My item never arrived and they don't want to give me my money back, because it's been more than 45 days since the payment. Run away from them. They are scammers."
