"First they changed by order with out my knowledge or permission and refunded the wrong amount. So I opened a dispute with Paypal. I then found out why they changed it and closed my dispute and they refunded the right amount and told me everything would be good to go. After a week or two I talked to CS since my order still said disputed and I was told that my order was fine and it would ship soon. Today a month after my order I talked to CS again since my order still hadn't shipped my order, and it said disputed. I was told that they wouldn't be able to ship my order since it was disputed. I was told the only was I could get my order would be to cancel and reorder. But reordering is not possible since the deal has ended. Now I'm just hoping I get my remanding refund since I have no trust for this company now. You may be able to get get a good deal with this company, but if something goes wrong it's definitely not worth the trouble. "I think the accessories from dx are all very great!I have bought some batteries here.the battery packs seem to work perfect, especially considering their pricepoint.
I ordered two of these and I've been using them on a regular bases. As a primary battery I still use the original Canon pack that came with my 550D - but these packs seem to be practically identical.
It also seems that these battery pack don't get as warm as the original Canon pack. Which is kind of weird, but very positive! Can also be my imagination playing tricks on my senses though, since it would be insane if these cheap batteries would be better than the original."
