"Typically i am a huge fan of DX. ordered from them before with no problems. This time though, i got an email from them a week after ordering saying that it is going to take longer because they are out of stock on three of the items. Okay, whatever, takes a few extra days for those items. I contacted their live chat to see about the rest of that order. It only seems reasonable that the items that are in stock ship on time where the ones that are not in stock just ship once they are in stock. I spoke with Marina and they were not helpful at all. They said they could submit an application and when i asked what the chance was that it would actually ship that way, i got no answer. I asked for specific ETA dates on the items that were in the restocking phase and received no answer. three times i asked to speak with a lead or supervisor and was ignored. This is not the experience i have had with DX in the past and am very disappointed. "

"Very low prices ( however ebay mostly have better offers) but the quality is also very low. When something is broke, often things are broke before unpacking or after a very short time, you have to send it back and pay the shippingcosts both ways. For such lowpriced products shippingcosts are often higher then the value of the product so sending them back is no option. Don't aspect anything from their customer service because that is also very low or rather there is'nt any. I had several products who get broke in a short time. For a watch you think, hey it only costs a few dollars but it happened also with a tablet I bought. Even sending it back to them was more exspensive then the tablet ($45,-). I also had to pay customs for $28,- something that happens lately very often but that's not their problem. So for me never DX anymore.
In order to the reaction from DX: They offered me $20 wich I accepted because it is better then nothing. So totally this deception cost me only $40. Thank you DX for your great service, you only loose one good customer. The rest will follow if you keep up this great service! "

"I paid for a cell phone, the n9970 on June 15th. It is now June 25th and I still have nothing. I contacted live chat and they now say it's sold out... When I ordered and paid for my item it was 6 days before the item became sold out so why was my item never shipped? They didn't contact me by email to even tell me it wassold out. I contacted them and if iI didn't do that I wouldn't even know. I just got off live chat again and "Gavin" was very rude and told me in exact words sorry you better change your order.... I ordered my item many days before it was sold out and now they won't restock and get my item. I'm am very displeased and I have reported this to Better Business Bureau and Econumer...."
