The order took a little while to arrive due to free shipping.

When the batteries arrive, 1 of the 5 unit failed to receive a charged from the generic Li-ion charger.

Upon investigation, the measured voltage is close to zero (0.0021V as measured by a Fluke 286) volts. The internal low-voltage protection circuit on the Li-ion battery was activated due to below 2.7V internal voltage and prevented the unit from being charged/discharged.

The dead cell issue was report to DX and they were quick to resolve this issue by sending out a replacement cell.
The replacement cell received is in good working order.

I find DX very professional. They are quick to respond to my inquiries and to resolve issue(s) in a satisfactory manner.
