Selections had expanded somewhat in the last year.

"Bonjour, déjà dans un premier temps, arrêtez de m'écrire en Anglais et en Dollars $. Je suis en France en Europe je parle Français et ma monnaie et l'EURO €.
Les prix de DX sont correctes. Mais j'ai quelquefois certaines réticences à commander des produits dont le montant est élevé, car je ne sais si la livraison sera rapide et si des droits de douanes ne vont pas augmenter le montant de ma Commande.
La Chine c'est très loin de la France, et j'ai besoin d'être rassuré sur le parcours et la bonne livraison de ma Commande, surtout si sont montant est élevé.
Pour les "New Letters" de DX; souvent elles sont trop confuses, en dollars et en Anglais, difficile de comprendre de quoi il s'agit...
J'aime bien DX, mais il y a beaucoup de progrès à faire pour avoir un bon contact avec ses clients FRANCAIS.
