"Had many good experience with DX customer service on my various orders. Their response is always swift and to the customer satisfaction. However shipping and packaging sometimes can be a letdown with insufficient protection which is made worse by long wait times. The last package came empty. Would do better if they avoided these problems in the first place.

"Did not get my items. When I contacted them to say the order did not arrive, after waiting 4 weeks, they said it was still waiting to be shipped. After 6 weeks, I contacted them again and they said I already received it - but they said I had received BEFORE they admitted it had not been sent! It was just a small order (2 items @ $8 ea.) but it shows, this company has their head on backwards.
Also, like with others, they will not allow a negative review to get posted on their website. I won't go back."

"DX.com which I have used many times always asks for a review when you purchase an item. I purchased a cell phone cable and it broke the first time I used it. The end tab just fell off. I went to post this result and this is the response I received back from DX.com. If you are purchasing on a site and all the review are positive. Don't believe them. Here is the response I received. Also when I go to "my account", "my review", nothing is there.

"I've been buying in Deal Xtreme since many years. The best thing they have is the customer service, especially after purchasing.
With other online shops, there's no guarantee one will get what he's purchasing. In this way, what's cheap in price can become very expensive (since nothing arrives). However, in DX a refund was made (when the items were not sent again, if requested) if I had a problem [which has been a couple of times]. Moreover, they care not only for "effectiveness" in their service but also in "quality". My example is two 9V batteries that after a month became broken. I just sent the evidence (a couple of photos) to them, and they sent me another 2 batteries which, up to now, gave me no problems.
Lastly, posting reviews has a positive feedback in customers, who receive DX points and discounts in exchange. Something important to keep a constant flow between customer-web page."

"I have used DX.com since 2012 and I will continue ordering from there. I have ordered around 40+ times from dx.com. I mainly order something under 25$ to avoid customs. The stuff which falls under this "affordable" category usually are in par with the price. I must admit that sometimes some very cheap product is quite crappy but at least my hopes weren't too high. To list the stuff what I have ordered are example: phone/tablet screen protectors, phone/tablet cases, adapters (phone, computer), shoe laces, some random funny stuff. The delivery time to Finland takes around 3 weeks which, in my case, is acceptable as there are no post delivery fees. The customer service is good. Once, one packet went missing and I got refunded. Few times I have received a broken product but I was offered with refund option either product replacement option. I recommend this store."

"Great costumer service, I orderd a HDD caddy, it had a malfunction.
I made a RMA ticket and within 2 weeks I got a new HDD caddy from DX. This one worked perfect.
The service fast and polite, and they even gave me an option to choose a new product or take store credit, without me having to send back the broken product.
All in all, great service.

"Worst customer service ever. before i placed my order i reached out to DX to ask them if my product would arrive on time for my holiday as i needed it to take with me. Given their long processing times and shipment times i thought i would be safe to ask. they assured me it would be ready by that date. after 6 business days i checked in to see if my order had been shipped yet and i was told it would be in a few days. when i expressed my concern and asked them to put a rush on it they dismissed my concern. so i said that given they guaranteed me the product would arrive on time when i ordered it and now they weren't giving me an answer with an arrival ETA if the product didnt come on time i would dispute the charge on my credit card. so they cancelled my order and disconnected the chat. they are dodgy at best. i wouldnt recommend them at all "
