"BUYER BEWARE!!! don't buy from this company, you will end up with nothing that you ordered besides a headache, anger and possibly your money stolen. I ordered 2 subwoofers from them march 1st 2009,i looked on their website on march 6th to check my order, "process pending"..i emailed them asking why it hasn't shipped yet...they said it was in a warehouse and it needed to get transfered, but on the site they said they had it in stock and when i said that they answered "we do have it in stock, it's just in one of our 3 warehouses" and then i emailed them March 10th and they said it will ship out in 1-2 days or less, well it's almost midnight on march 12th and i emailed them earlier and they said that they need to get it transfer to them yet and they don't have it in their hands....which i asked for a refund, he took a while to email back and said it'll take 3-5 days to get my money (which i believe that's a lie just to shut me up for 5 days)...we'll see.....NEVER AGAIN!!! i had to buy my speakers elsewhere tonight after finding all this out. BUYER BEWARE!!! "

"I was slightly concerned with ordering from these people based on some negative reviews from other sites. The net of those reviews was that most of their products were out of stock and they weren't notifying purchasers of that status after they had been charged. This was not my experience. I ordered a Viper 5900 alarm from them and received it the next day."
