"Great glasses! Great prices!!"
"Do your research! This guy is a scamming liar. I sent my $400 Tom Ford glasses for repair and they said they couldn't send me an estimate because they were closed for inventory. I never heard from then again. I knew I was scammed and bought a new pair. After several emails, they finally said they sent me an estimate and I owed them $80 for the repair. I told them I never approved them to do the work and I never received the estimate and told them to just send the glasses back. They refused to send them back, threatened to resell them on ebay and started calling my home harrassing me for money!! When I picked up the phone and said stop calling the girl literally started yelling at me. My story is not the worst but I definitely beleive all that I read about this guy. Be careful!!"
"This is why this article is so good: http://best-inexpensive-web-hosting.com/bad-hosts-rank-high
I would like to request Google to do that right away!"
"I too have fallen victim to this vendor - but in my case I sent him MY Revo' sunglasses to repair, and he STILL HAS THEM.
It's great that he got nailed, but what do I do now to recover my property?
This sucks - I have been a huge internet-buyer in the last 10 years, but in 2010 I got scammed TWICE!
I blame the search engines for escalating this guy to a level where I saw his site, and used it. If they were aware of all the negative red-flags, then the listing should have warned me - I think.
So the question still is: How can I get my property returned?
Thanks!"

Bye bye Vitaly! Rot in jail!"
My favorite line, besides the fact that he could be doing up to 20 years: He appeared grief stricken and on the verge of tears."
"They were very rude during the purchase of lense cleaner. I didn't understand why, now I know. This guys is an idiot, thinking all the bad publicity will get him noticed and people will go there to buy from him. I say, don't. Put him out of business."
"This business is a fraud. It's your basic bait and switch. Don't be fooled by the slick website.
They have no repair facilities. They have no inventory. If you send your frames to them they keep them until you either buy something new or pay highly inflated S/H charges for the return of what you sent for repair. They try to extort whatever they can($)from you while holding your frames hostage. If you contact them be prepared for some heavy foul verbal abuse from Vitaly Borker. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY OR DECORMYEYES.COM"
"Terrible service and a rip off. They must have blind primates doing the work!"
"I am such a gullible fool. I sent in a pair of $200 Serengeti sunglasses for a minor frame repair. Got charged $100 and paid on my credit card. When the glasses came back the amber, polarized lenses had been changed out with cheap green lenses. THEN I read the reviews. I disputed the charges and asked that the original lenses be replaced. I was told by Tony that they would do it for the cost of the frame repair. SILLY ME sent the glasses back to him. Next thing I know I get an email telling me I have to send him a check for the glasses and that I owe the entire amount for the repair. He said "because you disputed the charges, it's a different conversation. Guess I should kiss the shades goodbye, since the guy is an obvious scam artist who cannot be trusted in any way. No kidding, pay attention to these posts. Don't be a chump like me!"
"I sent a pair of Christian Dior prescription sunglasses to Decormyeyes.com to have the frames repaired. The website requires you to pay for return shipping when you send your glasses to them (I also paid to ship the glasses to them). The website assures you that you will receive an estimate by email with a link to approve the estimate and pay for the repairs or they will return you glasses to you. After a month I sent an email asking for status; I received a canned response saying a technician would contact me. No technician contacted me. Sent another email a month later, same canned response; no technician contacted me. Sent another email 2 days ago asking for status on my glasses or have them returned to me. I said that if I did not hear back within 24hours I was going to post on the Internet how bad this experience had been. I actually got a response asking why I had not contacted them before and what kind of glasses had I sent to which I replied with the information.
I got a second email that stated this very nasty information "Kate will call you tomorrow.BTW : you don't scare me and with those kinds of threats do you think I would think twice about urinating all over your frame and then returning it?Common I have your glasses in MY POSSESION do not $#*!(spelled out in the email) with me".
PLEASE,
I saved this email and all others received from this company. The nasty email I have saved as a picture. Do Not Ever use this website.

"DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM DECORMYEYES. This has been the most horrific experience EVER. For reference, I manage an eCommerce site for one of the top 3 wireless carriers. I have extensive knowledge of website management and customer service, and they pretty much break every rule imagined. They are a total scam and I think some investigations should be conducted on their business. I wish so much I had read the reviews before ordering my glasses. I can't believe these people are still in business. I have transcripts that I may publish on a blog because they are so poorly written, rude and some don't even make sense. It's almost comical, if it wasn't so bad for me considering the money I lost. Again, do NOT do business with this site.
**Adding to my review: this is a direct quote from his (Tony's) last e-mail to me (copied & pasted):
"Sounds good email me do whatever you want.
THis is fly by night business I am here today gone tommroow I sell new product.
Review what you want.""
