WARNING! Beware this retailer! This is not a legitimate business. This is a dropship vendor who does not stand behind their sales. We have been struggling for several weeks to get a return on an item which was delivered with mismatched parts. Customer service rep insisted that we send photos proving that the product was incorrect which we did. Then they claimed they need to send the photos to the manufacturer because they don’t stock item so it was drop-shipped directly to us. We have been unable to get a live human on the phone and have now sent nearly a dozen emails trying to resolve a simple issue. Customer service is clearly based overseas, farmed out to a third-party. Responses have been short one sentence replies with the thread deleted in each correspondence. Enough said. AVOID THIS SELLER!"

"ordered merchandise at a reasonable price on Aug 08. By Aug 15, nothing at all but processing. Repeated calls to the NON Customer Service group yields little additional info. If you want something shipped out in a reasonable time frame with actual tracking with FedEx or UPS, use any of the other bit more established firms on internet: Build.com, Faucet.com, etc.

These guys run a sweatshop, likely NOT located in the US for their centralized telephone call center. I'll let you guess where and on which subcontinent the location might be. "
