"I purchased the Meghna chandelier and truly love it. It was exactly what I expected. Perfect size for over my island. Challenges were that I had to upgrade the electrical box to handle the 37lbs it weighs vs. standard box is 35lbs max. The metal cage is a bit twisted and the grid bars are not attached evenly, so it hangs a bit crooked. Once you put the crystals on it helps weigh it down, but still not level. Don't get this fixture if you can't handle things not being symmetrical. Also several of the crystals were damaged upon arrival, and I have requested replacements, but have not seen them yet. Customer service is pleasant, but I'm not great understanding an Indian accent, and service was VERY slow. The whole process was between 30-45 minutes to order it. Price on this site was the best I could find though, so props for that."

They had a sale on Memorial day weekend 30% for a lamp. Order was placed, credit card charged. come 5 days later, what sounded like a teenager calls and tells us that the price we paid was wrong, we need to pay more. NOT MAKING IT UP. Have been told that hey magically have had a computer glitch that changed their pricing and they want us to pay that 30% we did not during the sale. One customer service person mentioned on the phone that it happened before. They think customers are idiots. If the price was $5 then yeh, - totally a computer glitch. LIARS!"
"Bought three Pendent lights. Two had defective parts. The same defect on each light. Buying was easy, delivery was easy, but the product quality is poor for the part that the light bulb goes into and is then threaded through the glass beaker. The one we needed placed was too large for the hole. This part is a different size in ALL three pendent lights. Two were small enough to install. Had to send in email and photos. Received a ticket number with a link for updates. Update link doesn't work. A week later I don't know when I get a new part. Bad customer service.

"I ordered 2 fans and both arrived with broked stitched and 1 with a broken reciever. After I called the copmany about it they told me they would contact the manufactured and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and I have still heard nothing. I had to contact the manufacturer directly to get the replacement parts."

"Ordered 2 lights, one was missing the glass shades. A quick call to Kalco resolves this issue and they sent replacement shades. I did end up switching to LED bulbs do they would be a bit brighter. "

"Looks perfect in our oversized tray ceiling. The downrod was too small, hence the downgraded star. I found a longer downrod (18") on a different site and cut it to 14.5" and drilled out the hole for ball pin. Mounted perfectly. Love looking at it when entering room. Wish it came with an actual lightswitch mounted control panel instead of the remote control but that's me. Not super hard to install. Just make sure rod is square to motor housing. Use a square and a level. Takes a few minutes to get it in position when tightening screws but it's worth the effort getting everything plumb. Pushes enough air; however, our ceiling isn't typical. Your mileage may vary."
"Immediately after we received it we notice the rug smelled like mildew. Tried to air it out, vacuumed it several times with no satisfactory results. We contacted the company, they approved the return but after several days they changed their tune and refused to issue the charge. This is a very dishonest company and we would never recommend anyone doing business with them. If the refund is not taking place, we will be forced to take legal action against them. We will never buy from this shady company ever again. Stay away."
