"I ordered a Worldwide Lighting chandelier W83035C28 and they shipped an identical chandelier with a different model number 800D28C/RC by Elegant Lighting. They stated that the chandelier I received is of better quality than the one I ordered which is a lie! I ordered a Worldwide Lighting chandelier with 30% Full Lead crystal and they sent me an identical chandelier with unleaded glass! I called Worldwide Lighting and they told me that DecorPrice.com is not their authorized reseller.
Max at DecorPrice.com told me the following, "When Worldwide Lighting does not have item W83035C28 in stock that it will ship item 1800D28C/RC by Elegant Lighting," ... and on a previous call I was advised by DecorPrice.com that "both chandeliers come from the same warehouse."
I ended up returning the fixture and reporting them to Worldwide. They are so desperate. They only care about their profit and not their customer! Buyer beware!!!!

"I bought a rustic chandelier to hang in my stairwell. It’s received and perfect, great price, easy shipping with notifications, BUT it sat in a cart for a bit so I could get the specs to my electrician before purchasing. However, the cart doesn’t save anything for more than 24 hrs and even though I used the exact title from a screen shot to search the same product again I had to surf through 6 pages of 72 items a page several times to relocate it and put it back into the cart for purchase. I spent 10 times the time to relocate it than it took me to order it. Then the website crashed 4 times while processing my payment and I ultimately had to call in an order it. Then when I got my confirmation email of purchase it didn’t itemize what I purchased so when a friend asked what I got I had to do the whole search process over again to show her. I’m ultimately pleased with the product and the customer service on the phone but everything else was lacking 100% and it was incredibly frustrating as well as time consuming. Lastly, the request to review email doesn’t list my order number, but to make a review I had to provide it, this going back through my emails to locate that and come back to the review site to paste it. Just too much work and needless precious time wasted. "
