"I called before ordering this product and was told it would go out the day of order via truck freight. It ended up being shipped 6 days later via UPS. Getting someone on the phone is no small affair at DecoPrice in spite of allegedly being given a "direct extension number", you will be on hold for a minimum of 25 minutes regardless. When you do get someone, there's no real resolution. Now 10 days later it seems to be lost somewhere in Houston and UPS can't give me a straight answer where it is. "

"This company is a fraud. Please avoid. I was trying to return an item that was shipped to me incorrectly. I contacted customer service via email and phone call. I was called a liar for trying to return an item that was shipped to me twice. I was accused of trying to avoid re-stocking fee. The exact words from the customer service was 'YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME, I HAVE LOTS OF CUSTOMER WAITING TO BE TAKEN CARE OFF' and the phone went dead. I tried calling back and it went into recording service. This company is trying to scam its customer by charging high re-stocking fee and shipping fee for mistake that they did not make.

In response to your reply
1. As i explain to your team, my email only show that i ordered one item and one item will be shipped to me instead of two. I am not saying that you are being dishonest on your side. Just what i see from my end. So why do i need to pay for restocking and shipping to return something that i did not order. And it is the same item that was shipped to me.
2. Your supervisor/manager called me back after seeing an unfavorable review to apologize for your customer service member mistakes and offer to take back the item without restocking fee but expected me to shipped it out on my own account? which i deem is not fair. And after going back and forth on emails, He decided to send me a shipping label to return the item back. But mind you, before your supervisor even called back to apologize for the rudeness, i had already filed a complain with my credit card which they credit me for the item and told me to keep it. I don't even have to deal with your company at that point. But i still deal with your company and tries to return the item to you.
3. The reason the items were not return immediately because we had another issue to take care of which is the 'mounting kit'. When i bought the towel rack, it does not say that it needed a mounting kit. When the item arrives, i found out that i can't even install it and i have to search other websites to find out that a mounting kit is needed which i contacted your company about it. And your supervisor told me that someone from the warehouse will contact me and send me the kit. But after 2 days of no emails, i emailed your supervisor which then he told me that if i want the kit, i will have to purchase it separately. Then i ask, why is it not advertised on your website that it needed a kit. so after paying close to $180 for the rack, i need to pay another $70 for the kit? So is that false advertising on your site? i don't know..since i did not get a reply. So basically i am told that if i am going to return both of the rack, i will need to pay restocking and shipping for that additional rack.
4. So don't try to paint a bad picture of your customer but reflect on your own actions. Online customers are not stupid, they don't have to read my reviews to see what type of company your are. There are plenty of unfavorable reviews which is similar to mine about your online store. The only reason that i bought from your website was due to the low price advertised. But little did i know that i will be paying much more later!"
