"I was told that the lamp glass was beige so I ordered it. The lamp glass is WHITE. For weeks, I was told that they were trying to contact the manufacturer. 30 plus emails were sent and every time, I was told they couldn't reach the manufacturer. Finally I was told they do not make it in beige. For a measly 10 percent off, I was offered to keep the lamp. Because it was too difficult for me to bring it to the post office, I had to keep it."

"I have updated my review. The new owner had someone from their showroom call me. They are honoring the original price I paid for the fixture online. So I have upgraded this after that call and increased the rating to a 4 out of 5 - since I still had to go through all of the back and forth on this item. I did finally receive the item. There was an extremely minor nick in the glass shade, and the company was quick to just get a replacement sent out. Very satisfied with service.

Previously - I purchased the light, then got an email asking which version of light I wanted, which is odd. When I called them said it was another order, mistake sending email.
Then I got another email stating made a mistake online on pricing, and wanted more money. I emailed stating this is ridiculous, usually companies honor the price. They then again said OK. Finally a third email stating had to pay $10 more. I just did not respond, since I made it clear they can cancel the order. They canceled the order.

"I ordered a light as a Christmas gift. I contacted DecorPrice ahead of time to ensure it would be there before Christmas (I ordered it on December 16th) since there was no option to expidite shipping. I was assured if I ordered that day it would be there before Christmas. It didn't show up until December 29th! I tried looking at the status of the package but the tracking number they sent was invalid. I also tried calling when the package didn't arrive as expected and no one was answering their phones the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before Christmas."
