"The product itself is perfect and it was received on time. The only downside to the transaction is that the website does not provide dimensions for their products. I called customer support asking what the dimensions were of the product I wanted to purchase and was given some numbers. I knew it was not correct so I contacted the manufacturer. They provided me the dimensions, so I went ahead and placed my order. The dimensions should either be listed on the website or customer service should know the information. A bit of frustration on my part."

"I ordered the panasonic switch on December 29, and today just spent 45 minutes on the telephone with DecorPrice and was finally notified after waiting that long that this purchase was still on back order. He said that they sent an email out on Dec. 30 stating that it was on backorder. This was an email that I NEVER RECEIVED. They have held up the remodel of my bathroom and I am furious with such terrible service and will not buy from this company ever again. I would recommend that everyone avoid ordering from them unless they have at least six months to wait for their purchases arrival."

"We placed an order for a crawl space vent on December 27 th...was given a tracking number by email...days later we continue to 'track' the order only to get a reply that the number is invalid..so after sending an email to Decoprice asking for a confirmation for our order being sent, we got a reply that UPS made the mistake and did'nt scan our package..so I called Decorprice to get a new tracking number..the 'customer service' provider assured me we would be recieving it soon..when I asked why we wer'nt able track it and the number was coming back as invalid he became irritated..I told him I was'nt pleased with the customer service...and realized after a minute that he had hung up on me...it took about 2 weeks to get it..and we won't order from them again..Customer Service??..Where??? So Beware...."
