"I was emailed an incorrect UPS Shipping and Tracking number and I still do not have the fixture I paid for two weeks later… I phoned and was told that the Tracking number was wrong (which I already knew and was the reason I called in the first place) and that I would receive an email with the correct information and the fixture would be delivered within a day because it was 'in transit'. I don't have an email with a tracking number and I don't have the fixture. Couldn't be Unhappier. Update: December 14: Item received - apparently package was shipped via POSTAL SERVICE and not UPS - hence the 'wrong' tracking number. It is a lovely piece, was finally received in perfect condition and looks great. "

"The first sink that we received was cracked in 3 out of 4 corners. I did receive a replacement sink in about 1 week however upon opening that package we found that the replacement sink was also cracked. We don't know if the shipper mishandled the packages or they were cracked prior to shipping. Decorprice was attentive to our needs, but we still don't have a sink & it is holding up the finishing of our laundry-room."
