"I ordered a 15 light, deer antler chandelier made by Vaxcel Lighting. The ordering process went smoothly enough and I received several notes from DecorPrice advising when the chandelier I ordered would be shipped. The package arrived about 10 days after ordering it. I carefully checked the box before I opened it to see if there were any holes that might cause damage to the contents. Found one big one, but the chandelier was in another box inside the shipping box and had no holes.
As I uncrated the chandelier, I found that several of the light sockets were bent and two of the deer antlers had broken tips. With a little work, I straightened the light sockets, but there is little I can do for the broken antler tips since I did not find the broken pieces in the packing. Because of the way the chandelier is packed, It would be very difficult to repack everything and ship it back.
I bought the chandelier to replace an existing brass chandelier of the same size in my living room, and I had it installed by licensed electricians. Prior to having them hang it, I had to take apart portions of the chandelier so I could tighten some of the antlers that were loose. This is not an easy process and has to be done delicately to avoid damaging the other antlers.
Once everything was put back together and hung, the new chandelier looked pretty much like it did in the pictures I saw online. I am happy with the way it looks now and glad to have it, even though I know there are some areas of damage that most people will never see.
Had I have known when I purchased it that there could be broken parts and things that required me to spend extra time adjusting, I probably would have considered looking for something similar in a local lighting store so I could return it without the hassle of repacking and paying shipping and or restocking fees.

"Customer service was good and shipping was fast but the item did not work out for me and I think it is a little extreme that when you return an item they charge you a 20% restocking fee, you have to pay shipping to ship it back and they charge you for original shipping fees. My item cost $100.00 and I may end up getting back about $60.00 plus I had to pay to ship it back which was another $20.00. $40.00 back for a $100.00 item, it didn't pay to try this online store. Think twice before ordering!"
