"Items were sent but once I opened tHe box for our Delta faucet several parts were missing. Called decor price, emailed them and they never resolved the issue. Never called me back as they said they would both times. We went to about 6 places in our town to find the parts to no avail. We now have called The manufacturer directly ourselves to see if they can get these parts to us. Since decor price never took care of this after several calls I can say their customer service sucks!"
