"I placed my order on June 15th and it is ten days later and I still have no product. My initial contact I was asked to check the web site which showed processing for days. I then contacted again and was finally given a FedEx tracking number which showd product in AZ with no update until tomrrow. So it may take close two weeks to get something that was supposedly in stock. UPS transit time 5 days from east coast to west coast. I would guess that FedEx is the same. I am glad the product was not critical to complete the job!"

"There was no easy way to tell when product would ship. Shipping took over a week. I had to call to get info. Dont mind waiting but dont see why that info cant be included as part of order info under account menu on the website. "

"The item I ordered was received in the wrong color (ordered clear glass, got opaque glass). I had to contact DecorPrice at least 10 times to get this resolved. Different people gave me different responses. I had to keep creating new tickets because they would mark the previous one CLOSED. I had to submit a photo of the incorrect part two separate times to two different people. They kept telling me they were working with the manufacturer to resolve the problem. Finally, I got the replacement part in the mail. DecorPrice didn't even know the manufacturer had sent it. I would never order anything from them again."

"My research led to Decorprice for a big ticket item, which they claimed to have 2 in stock, and a very competitive price. This outfit might use drop shipment, but they delivered the accurate product via FedEx, very fast and undamaged. Thankfully they did not use "My Other Warehouse" source which is so bad they could poorly package and break an anvil in shipment. My experience was 100% positive and I do not usually write this sort of review, just wanted to say "thanks:."
