I have tried to get an update form the company, After the 2nd email request I submitted, I received a response saying that they are looking into the second item and will get back to me soon. No answers yet. Too bad-the price was great and the first delivery was fast."

"I had to call to find out the status and representative said he would email me by the end of the day. I said I wanted to know the status now and after holding for 10 minutes I was provided with the tracking information.

One light fixture arrived with broken glass andI called in to report the problem. I was asked to submit photos by email which I promptly did and I did not receive any acknowledgement nor confirmation of my email.

Once again I had to call in to verify receipt of my email and to inquire about the status."

To clarify for the consumers, here's what happened (really). I ordered on 5/27/14. Website states they have 407 items and it ships in 3-4 days. On 5/29 I was told I would have a shipping # on 5/30. On 6/2 I was told it would ship the "next week". On 6/3 I cancelled; 7 days after I ordered it. And the entire time my Customer Support Tickets (inquiries) were being closed without any response. You decide... Again, STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS!"
