"On-line entity was selling a furniture item determined to be discontinued by manufacturer 6 mos prior. Upon receiving a telephoned offer for a replacement item I requested a refund instead and received a credit confirmation memo that day. The actual refund was never processed back to my PayPal account until immediately following my third call to DecorPrice some 10 days later after their credit memo was issued. If any prior explanation of the length of their refund process was offered, it was not in intelligible English. In my opinion they did not act with any sense of urgency and offered no meaningful assistance in explaining or expediting the process. They actually executed the refund after my third call while I was on phone w/PayPal filing a dispute for the transaction. The refund involved was in excess of $1,000. I will never deal with them again and, in my opinion, cannot recommend them. "

"I got a great deal on two vanities with free shipping. However, two days later DecorPrice cancelled the order and refunded my payment because they said the price had changed on them. The new price was over $500 more for the total order and no longer included free shipping. David from DecorPrice apologized and said he would waive the shipping charge but had to charge the new price.

Because I found a much better price than his new price elsewhere and because his other vanity was back ordered with about a month delay, I bought a substitute for the other cabinet elsewhere. I had to act fast to get these vanities elsewhere because I had ordered custom countertops for them before Decorprice cancelled my order."
