"Great prices! Free shipping. I ordered a Primo grill. The grill arrived quite quickly but the accessories I ordered hadn't shipped. I called DecorPrice and talked to Max. He did some checking and and called me back promptly. He told me that he had identified the problem and the missing items would ship promptly. He emailed me a tracking number the same day and all the missing items arrived a few days later. Good service."

"We ordered a vanity one week ago. After receiving no notification of shipment, I logged on to check the status of the order. The status says closed and refunded. We never received any kind of notification that the order was closed or refunded.

In addition, my credit card was charged when I initially ordered and there is no reversal on the card so far, so now I have to deal with customer service (currently on hold for about 15 minutes) to try to get that figured out.

I would think twice before ordering anything from this website.
