I offered to pay the postage and I want to purchase the correct size. "I ordered a chandelier that arrived in completely damaged packaging that could have only left the warehouse in this condition. I called and explained the situation asked for it to be returned. Customer Service was very unpleasant and went ahead and shipped a replacement before telling me they were doing so or giving me the option of a refund or a replacement. I have since purchased another chandelier since customer service never said they were shipping a replacement now they are being extremely difficult in getting their replacement returned. I simply want a refund and for them to take their replacement lamp back so I can be done with this awful experience. Customer Service at Decor Price is the worst!"
"Items on website say in stock but they are not. The item might be in stock at the manufacture. This place is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They kept pushing the date back on my shipment so I asked for a refund which I was told would take two days until I complained about that and then I was told it would be today. Guess we will see if they can come through on the refund as they didn't come through with anything else besides taking my money. I never even got an email from them confirming my purchase with them."
"I ordered 2 of the same lights. They sent 2 different styles. I sent back the lights, have confirmation that they received the package 10 days ago and still have not received my money back. I have made several calls and am told they will call me back because the “system is processing “ and I have yet to receive a call OR MY MONEY back. Funny that it didn’t take 10 days to process my payment. Very frustrating to deal with. Had they shipped me the products I actually wanted it would have been fine. But the customer service when dealing with an unsatisfied customer is subpar. Had they responded in a timely fashion- or at least called me back as promised- I may not have given 1 star. Luckily I paid with Paypal and they will pursue my complaint if this company choses to delay things further. "
"Decorprice never sent a confirmation email for my order. I called them 3 days later and was told, "don't worry -you will receive an email when it shipped'. I did receive a shipping email and it was the wrong fan. Since I couldn't prove it was the wrong fan they said I could on get a refund by returning it at my own expense, $40. After receiving the fan they still didn't issue a credit despite they knowing it was being monitored under dispute with my credit card company.
If you do decide to order from them, take a screen shot of your order and photo document everything including the box when you are shipping it. They have a fortress of excuses.
