"I found a beautiful Driftwood Coffee Table on the Uttermost website and they refer you to sites that sell the pieces. I found the coffee table on several sites but DecorPrice had the best price, short shipping/delivery time, and the purchase was sans tax. I received great communication from placing the initial order, to the shipping/delivery details, and follow up afterwards that reward points had been added to my account. I could not believe how quickly this large piece of furniture came but also how it was packaged was amazing!! I have been moving into a new place recently and had made several purchases from other sites - lots of poor & cheap packaging, delivery time was 3+ weeks out, damaged furniture and promised deliver by dates that were not adhered to. "We ordered a pool table light for delivery on 3/19/19. My husband arranged to stay home from work that day to receive it, but it did not arrive. We received a call that day from a local shipping company indicating that we would need to schedule delivery for later in the week. We made arrangements to receive the light the following day. The package arrived shrink-wrapped to a pallet on 3/20/19. When we began to unwrap it later that night, we discovered that the item was in fact a table, despite the fact that all of the information on the packing slip was correct.
We attempted to make arrangements for a pick-up of the table and delivery of the light we had ordered with both Google Express (though whom we placed the order) and Decorprice (who fulfilled the order) - Google told us to simply "drop off" the package at a local UPS store and only relented and arranged for pick-up "as an accommodation" after we explained multiple times that the package was shrink-wrapped to a pallet. Google also refused to assist in getting the light we had actually ordered delivered to us, and only said that they would consider a refund after the table was returned to Decorprice. When I reached out to Decorprice, I was told to send pictures of the table, but when I asked what would happen after that and whether the light would be shipped to us, the man simply repeated "We'll let you know."
We are still working on arrangements to have the table picked up. Needless to say, we will be disputing the charge."

"Decor price did not honor their stated refund policy. We are very disappointed and would recommend you avoid patronizing this online supplier of lighting fixtures. Here is a brief summary:
1. We placed an online order for 5 light fixtures
2. Within 4-5 days, we received all 5 in perfect conditions--so far, so good.
3. We decided to return 1 light fixture.
4. We sent it back, unused and in its original packaging at our expense via UPS within required 30 day time window.
5. Decor acknowledged receiving it but claimed it was not in original package and would not refund our money.
6. We called them repeatedly and and were given the run around. Still no email.
7. We emailed them detailing all that had transpired, with an attached photo of item in its original plastic bag, original twist ties, original styrofoam cradle, and original box just prior to taping the box shut for shipment.
8. Still they denied our refund.
9. We called and emailed them again to no avail.
10. We filed a complaint against the company with the BBB in the state of NJ
11. No response yet.
12. They are not a reputable company. Shame! Shame! Do not patronize them!"
