"Lamp ordered from the on line pictures and the one received did not look anything alike - as a matter of fact nothing alike. The site mentions "easy return" process - no so! Took multiple contacts to get someone to send their required process to place a return. And even with the product on line not looking anything like the actual item shipped, the buyer has to pay for the return shipping costs (for a lamp & shade = big bucks). Unbelievable experience!!
Will never order anything from this site again!!

"I bought 4 lights from DecorPrice.com. One of those lights was defective. First they wanted me to pay the shipping to return. I argued and they conceded to send me paid postage. When I sent back the item they said they would not credit me until the manufacturer paid them back. THEN, they just went dark...no email responses.
I spoke to them on the phone multiple times and they just tell me to send an email and they will handle.
After 3 months solid of trying to get paid back I gave up. Unless you really want to roll the dice, I would NOT use this vendor for anything!!! CROOKS!"

"Worst customer service ever! Decor Price flipped my billing address and shipping address. Package was not delivered to my home on day UPS said it was "On the Truck". Called UPS and they said they couldn't verify my address. I called Decor Price from Friday - Tuesday and when I asked for a manager to help he told me to " NOT CALL US AGAIN! Your problem is with UPS." When I called UPS they said that the shipper, Decor Price had to give them the new address. Called Decor Price again and they said I had to call the manufacturer since Decor Price is not really a company, but only an "OffShore" Call center. I located the manufacturer and spoke to their customer service and she said that UPS would not change the address for them either. So I never received my product, the manager at Decor Price hung up on me. Manufacturer gave me a name of a different, RELIABLE, company to place my order a second time. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY LIED TO ME ON THE PHONE, I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT!"
"We ordered a rather large clock from them. When it finally arrived we noticed the gold leaf was peeling and we contacted customer service. It took multiple emails and eventually they said the manufacturer does not this this is defective but return it at your own cost if you are not happy (over $40). If you read their return policy this is not what it says. They are only a middleman and cannot afford to take care of their customers like a more established business would. Order only if absolutely sure you will not need to deal with a return."

This comment is quite wrong. UPS mentions that DecorPrice can file a claim to UPS to get the refund, so DecorPrice should be able to give a refund to me, even though I signed up for signature waiver. Things are NOT out of their control. DecorPrice does not really care about its customer after they ship the item, even if you don't receive the product. I agree with that DecorPrice tries their best to ship out products on time, but their customer service is somthing you would want to avoid.

My experience with DecorPrice was horrible. Here is my story;
I ordered an item on DecorPrice online because the price was really good. But I could not get the item because UPS failed to deliver my item. Yes, it was the UPS's fault initially, but the customer service at DecorPrice made it worse, like hell.
UPS firstly did not allow me and DecorPrice to file a claim to UPS because I am in My Choice Program, and the signature for the delivery was not required anymore (this was my fault, I chose MyChoiceProgram for UPS because I wanted to avoid a physical contact with UPS driver due to COVID-19). However, I was not only one claiming missing package on that day in my apartment, so eventually UPS allowed me to file a tracer investigation to UPS. Oh, DecorPrice actually put a wrong address to the shipping label, and they have never appologized (It was missing my apartment number from the shipping lable though the order invoce had my apartment number) even though I mentioned that to them several times, which was another story!
Right after UPS initiated the tracer investigation, UPS called me. The first question UPS asked me was if I received a replacement or not. I said "no" because DecorPrice refused to do so when UPS refused us to file a claim. Then, the customer rep from UPS told me that I should get a replacement or refund from the shop right away because UPS would give a refund to DecorPrice. So, I called DecorPrice to issue a refund asap.
DecorPrice refused to issue a refund because they said that they would refund me after they received refund from UPS. I was a bit upset because it just meant DecorPrice just wants me to wait. Okay, this company wants the customers to wait. I was wondering if they could call UPS to confirm if UPS could make a refund, so they could refund me asap. I was wrong, they are lazy that they did not want to contact UPS even I asked them to do so!
A few days later, UPS contacted me again to notify me that UPS could not find my package through the tracer investigation, and UPS told me that DecorPrice should file a claim for refund for this package to UPS, so UPS can make a refund to DecorPrice.
So far I haven't received any refund from DecorPrice. It's been more than a month since I ordered my item. I have emailed DecorPrice several times, but I haven't heard any from them. I called the phone number, but they just said "email please".
Summary:
- I ordered on April 8th, 2020.
- UPS lost my package on April 11th, 2020.
- UPS initiated the tracer investigation on April 16th, 2020.
- UPS called me and confirmed that UPS would issue a refund to DecorPrice on April 16th, 2020.
- UPS called me, asked me to ask the shipper to make a claim for refund, and confirmed that UPS would issue a refund to DecorPrice on April 23, 2020.
- Today's date is May 22nd, 2020. No refund, no email, no replacement, no package. Nothing!

"I placed an order for a vanity on 19 March and was not able to get any status updates. Called service support and they promised to call back but never did. Kept calling back only to be told that since he hasn't gotten a response, he didn't call me back as there's nothing to update me on! At this point, I had no idea even whether the order was being processed. Then w/o prior warning on the 31 March, I get a call from delivery driver that he's 10 mins away. This caught me off guard as I was out. Upon opening the box, I discovered there were cracks on the top. I duly reported it with photographic evidence and was issued with a ticket [#ESI-64856]. Followed up again with service support on 8 Apr and to date (21 Apr) I have NOT heard back from anyone. I am disappointed & upset that I spent $$$ on a vanity that is flawed and no one is bothering to assist with rectifying the issue. Appalling service all around :(
