"I am a general contractor, using DecorPlanet for the second time. I called to inquire about Pro Sales, since I thought I may use the website again. Difficult times right now, but I can't remember the last time someone was so rude. The customer service rep actually said he gets a lot of calls from decorators, and said "it's pretty annoying actually because our pricing is already good" He then said it's up to the sales person you deal with to get any further discount. Here's what I would have liked to hear-
"thanks for your interest, can I connect you to a sales rep?" questions that would have been appropriate-
"how much material purchasing do you do online?" Answer- quite a lot, like more than $100K a year in plumbing, tile, etc."
