"I couldn't be more disappointed. I sourced this company for 4000 napkins for a client. It was made very clear and confirmed by my account rep that the order would be split and sent to two locations. When I followed up for the tracking numbers I was told the entire order was sent to one location. Upon trying to rectify the mistake I have been met with pushback and have now been ignored the last 24 hours. Half of my shipment is still in the wrong location and I'm now left to deal with their mistake myself."

"We love the hats, lightweight runners type, look really nice. The only caveat was the error on the embroidery. All the letters should have been double stitched, but the last letter wasn't. We didn't have time to do anything about it. Luckily our logo has a single line in the beginning, is it does not look bad, it's just wrong. Corporate branding might be a bit harsher on their review."

"Ordered 72 high end golf gloves for upcoming executive tournament - they were supposed to have our logo on the magnetic "ball marker" attached to the front of the glove... got the gloves today - no imprint, in fact no ball marker AT ALL! Just an empty magnet where they should be.
I've contacted the company, will see how they follow-up and resolve."
