Worst Experience but made right!

"I ordered tote bags for an event and they sent them in the wrong color. They resent the correct color before the event and it was delayed a day. Not to mention when they arrived they had ink all over them and some had burn marks.
I reached out to them and told them what happened and they refunded my order. Great customer service. Even though it was a terrible experience, because they made it right, I will order again.
