UNUSABLE PRODUCTS

" Unbelievable company. I recently purchased, not one BUT TWO S6 Actives, and it has been a complete nightmare. I paid over $600 dollars for phones that are damaged, locked, have remaining installment fees left on them, last owners contacts still in them, and UNUSABLE. Have I mentioned the terrible customer service? I thought I was okay at first because there is a return policy. There is also a time frame that they're willing to accept the items back, however, getting a hold of anybody is where they catch you. I have called over 15 times (Same number on their website) with no answer and a voice mail that says they can't take messages because of their high call volume (Ironic huh?) In addition to calling, I've also made two disputes on payments and have wrote multiple return tickets. It has been two weeks since I've ordered the phones and I have yet to speak to anyone or receive my money back. Fair Warning! I do NOT recommend this company. The only prompt thing about this company is the payment transaction for questionable goods."

Don't do it

"Purchased a Samsung s6 phone with expedited 3 day shipping... got to me in 5 days anduring they stated that I ordered it the first day after hours, the next day they processed it, then the 3 days... anyways, received the phone just to find out the IMEI was locked due to non payment which is advertised as a clean IMEI. their phone line goes to a msg center with a recording that states they do not monitor their messages due to the amount of injuries and redirects you to their website. On Thierry website they state one day response to tickets but also state their website is being upgraded so it might take longer. 5 days later I was able to get a responce... still have not got reimbursed for the phone"

Worst Customer Service

"I ordered a phone from this site and paying the price for not reading reviews on this worst worst site "devices-now", I have been calling and the customer support to find out on the status of the order as online shows always "Processing", the customer service guy picked up the call and try say couple of words and he will call me back and he never called, all I'm trying to find out if it's got shipped or not, I wasn't sure if this is some bogus site trying to cheat customers, don't know, but I felt very very bad picking up this site when we have much reliable ones like Amazon... "

Ugh. what a nightmare

"Never again! I'm sticking with amazon who I can trust. It's been 14 days since I ordered my phone. Even with 8-10 day shipping it should have been delivered. But nope!! Don't believe me? Here is my shipping info for usps : 9400111699000101411194. Honestly. If their support team reached out a few times to say "hey, your order is delayed you can expect it by x date" then ok. Cool. But nope. They ignored my multiple attempts and don't even answer their phones!"

"I have just emailed them again. I have ordered my phone (Galaxy Note 3 to be exact) on 7/29/16 and it still says that USPS has received notification that they would be getting my order. I am seeming to have the same issue as others here that are commenting and i should have looked up reviews first. I am not happy and want a response and explanation now! :("

Where is my phone!!! Refund my money

""Today (8/18/2016) is 23 days since 07/27/2016 when I put my order. Since then, it has become a problem getting in touch with you. You have my money and yet you haven't delivered the phone.
The USPS electronic notification number 9400111699000197521777 was sent on 28th July 2016. I called USPS, they said that they haven't received any package/parcel to that effect. Am now seeking to take a legal action against Device Now. I have an appointment with an attorney next week to start the process of getting a compensation.
I am hereby demanding an immediate communication from device now on this matter. You should either refund my money or deliver the phone as stipulated in your advert and

Horrible service

"Do not buy from this company at any time. Their response to an email is non existent. The ticket says open since 8-03 with pre-shipment information and nothing since then. They do not respond to any request. Called and cant' get a rep, sent messages and no response. Never have I had this bad of an experience with a merchant. I made the same mistake not once but twice thinking that as a repeat customer maybe service would be better. Wrong. Horrible. Stay away from this company and run if you see a coupon of any sort..........

If you like waiting and waiting, this company is for you!

"Friday 08/04 - So after entering my order earlier in the day, I came across these reviews. If only I had viewed them prior. But gave a benefit of a doubt that I would be different. (I was wrong!)
08/05 - Concerned I sent an email just to confirm they had the phone in stock and if it will be processed within the stated time frame for standard orders which is 1-3 business days and then shipped.
08/08 - I got an email from them stating it will be processed and I should receive my phone no later than by 08/16 and that a tracking number will be provided soon.
08/09 - Vendor provided a tracking number with the status label created as of 08/08.
08/10 - Nothing has changed in shipping status, sent email just to confirm tracking # and asked for update in status
08/11 Nothing has changed in shipping status. No response as of yet.. Now I highly doubt based on the reviews here that USPS just so happens to not scan about every other package from them.
08/12 - Still No response, it's 7 PM CT no update in shipping, by this rate the phone will be shipped on Monday or later and that's not acceptable because I needed this phone to ship and be received before my teenage daughter starts school. Filed dispute with paypal and sent email to vendor to not ship product and issue refund. I will be calling my credit card company on Monday to charge-back. Now I have to go buy a phone locally this weekend.

Customer Service is non-existent

"I purchased a phone on 8/1, my credit card was charged. After placing the order, the website said that I would be getting a confirmation email. Still waiting for a response from Devices Now. I just want to know if they place the order and when it will ship????? I have left 3 emails. I have tried calling 12 times and no one ever answers the phone and the message says that they do not check their voice mail. I am ready to cancel the credit card payment. I am very upset. It would be nice if someone would just email me."

Same old thing -- just never sent the package

"Just like every other review seems to indicate, the electronic notification was sent to the USPS, but the actual package was not. Support tickets are ignored. Paid expedited shipping. Horrible customer service (or lack thereof) and I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse this transaction.

Finally got through on Friday, Aug 5 (8 days after order). Male answering phone immediately apologized, said he would refund my expedited shipping fee, and the package was actually shipped out last night. Will update review once package is received.

Excellent Customer Service!

"I had recently ordered a phone from Devices Now, and it was an awesome experience. I'm not even BS'ing (excuse my language). I first ordered the wrong phone, so they got me started on their process for returns. I was linked up with a nice lady (I don't know if I'm allowed to name her, but her initials are L.V.), and she got me started on how to get store credit to order the right phone I needed to order.
I was getting pretty impatient because I had recently cancelled my service with another company to get back on an old company (long story). So, I was phoneless for a couple of days, almost a week.
Anyway, the customer service rep I was paired with did an excellent job at getting back to me when I had questions. It was always "I'll find out what I can!" and then minutes later, I had an answer! It's honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had with any store. They are always friendly, and always will have an answer. I'm glad they have great customer service because now I can trust them to buy from them again. I will definitely recommend them to others looking for phones and related items.

Make sure to read this before ordering. Horrible

"Ordered myself a phone and a otter box for priority 2 day shipping, which was an extra $23. So I ordered it on a Friday night, knowing It wouldn't even be processed and shipped until Monday. Anyways, I never got info on it so I called that Monday and the guy answered (by the way I learned their are only two people taking calls, one male and one female probably different days) he told me it was shipped and all set . I told him that my email said the information was only electronically sent to usps, but he insisted it was shipped. Okay three days go by with NO information, no shipping info, tracking number does not work on Usps website. I call and same guy answers and he assures me it has def been sent and sometimes usps doesn't scan the package every time it should .. It was never scanned once I told him, so that doesn't make sense. . I call the next day, and it was him again telling me same thing. So I end up calling usps and they tell me they DO NOT have a package with that tracking number. So I call devices now again and a female answers and looked my order up and told me that it had not been shipped and she was so sorry and was going down to shipping herself to see what was up. She ended up calling me back and telling me she found it and made sure it went out herself. And she also reimbursed me for my $23 priority shipping fee. So I ended up getting my phone in about four days from then )had to wait over weekend) and the Otterbox cover was not there. I called them AGAIN and the girl answered telling me they usually send it separate so it doesn't scratch phone ( the phone is in own box??? So that makes no sense) and told me that if not there by tomorrow to call and she will have it sent . Obviously never came and I called and the guy answered .. What do you know, he had it "sent" for me and the whole thing happened again!!!the whole thing, had to get in touch with the girl again and have her make sure to get it done. The Otterbox is supposed to be here tomorrow, by the way I first placed my order on the July 8th.. It's July 31st... So all in all I had to wait 11 days for the phone that was supposed to be 2 day shipping and still waiting for my cover. And if you make the mistake of ordering from them, make sure you only speak with the woman working because the man( I believe name is Andy) will literally only lie to you every single time you talk to him. Terrible experience "
