"I ordered a couple of unlocked phones from these guys. The sent em quick, the first was locked the second was the wrong model. After a long email exchange I finally got an RMA number to send them back which I did. Weeks later no credit back to my card. They left me like a jilted groom.
The moral, order from them if you are OK with random substitutions and a breathtaking lack of customer service. "

"I am waiting for my phone i tried to get in touch with them and i haven't received anything. The tracking number doesn't work at all so i cant even check if it was shipped. If it doesn't arrive soon i will start the process for a refund but it's ridiculous that there number, email, and tickets never get answered. "

"Looks like this is the one place where Devices Now actually provides a response. Here's my story:
Purchased phone on Aug. 4 with email receipt indicating "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order". Tracking order did not come obviously because they did not ship my items. They never pickup their phone, messages are not monitored, and online inquiry 'tickets' are ignored.
Opened a paypal dispute on Aug.12 with basic question of what's the status of my items? No tracking/shipping info, and no response from all the methods of communication with them.
Escalated dispute to a claim on Aug. 15, at this point I have lost faith in this merchant and want a full refund so I can purchase my phone elsewhere.
Morning of Aug. 16, they send me only a USPS pre-shipment tracking # which means: "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on August 16, 2016 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date". To date, the status remains the same.
So the merchant sits on my money and waits until I escalate my paypal dispute into a refund claim. Then, and only then does the merchant send a PRE-shipment tracking #. So they are ignoring my request for a refund, and are scrambling to force a transaction on me? The time has passed, and I simply want my money back for items that were never shipped so I can move on...it's that simple."

There was no communication or update about the order status. They don't answer the phones or reply to the support cases opened.
