Thank you for your review. I am so very sorry the Pitt Artists Pen Set arrived damaged.

You may dispose of these pens. We will not need them returned.

Currently these pens are on backorder. Our vendor has provided us with an estimated arrival date of 12-17-24. If you are able to wait for these pens to arrive back into stock I will be happy to reship these for you. If you are unable to wait we do understand and will be happy to issue a refund instead.

Currently the 19" Silver Nielsen Style 11 Frame is still on backorder. Our vendor has provided an estimated arrival date of 11-29-24. We will ship the item as soon as it is reserved to your order.

At any time prior to shipping and packaging, you are welcome to cancel the backorder or you may substitute it for another item. Not happy

"I have ordered this clay before, no problem. It was shipped in a box that was too big. Clay bags had rolled around and were unsealed, open to the air. I have a photo. Also, this batch has large pieces of grog. Which make finishing and smoothig almost impossible. I'm picking pieces out of the clay. I just hope it fires okay."

Terrible service

"2 Weeks after ordering 3 paint brushes, 4 paint pens and 1 tube of watercolor paint I received an email stating that I "returned my order". I didn't even receive it yet! I emailed them this information and in about 3 days, received a reply that my order was on the way. I received the order 3 days later. "

"I had to order the product on line since it wasn’t available in the store. The person working in the store tried to sell me a different product of lower quality. I paid almost 2x what I would have paid if I could bought it at the store because of shipping and handling. "

Strange visit

"I purchase art supplies randomly from Blick and have always had an easy time of it until this last time. It was busy (before Halloween, so makes sense), and I was having a hard time finding supplies I needed because it items I usually need and no one was available to help (I didn't ask anyone at the desk - I am sure they would have helped, so they did great; it was just really busy). First, I wonder if you have thought of putting non-toxic paints and costume/pumpkin décor supplies in a special setup just for Halloween? It would have been much faster for me. Also, one of the cashiers was screaming at each customer - not exactly rudely, just extremely loudly and repeating herself - I could hear her all the way in the back of the store quite clearly. I thought she may have been a little deaf, but no, she fully understood everyone who spoke with her even very quietly. It was all very bizarre but still a great place to shop."
