"This is the best company I have experienced. Their products are excellent I was very happy with my book and the quality of the printing and paper and especially the color matt finish. It felt like velvet. I was very impressed with the quality but most important of all was their customer service, they actually have employees available to answer your calls and assist u with any question u may have. And they specifically assign u a project manager to take care of all your needs without any agitation. When my books were delivered a few had a small damage on the edge of the spine, when I reported this to their team, they immediately replaced every single one that had a small damage when I provided them with the photos.
