"Working wih Christina was great. She and her other colleagues were very helpful, especially with someone who was completely naive about book preparation and publishing. The final product was exceptional and amazed all who saw it. I thought the pricing wa squite reasonable as well. This is clearly a group that takes pride in their books!
The only disappointment was that the books were very tightly packed in regular boxes and without padding or edge protection. One of our boxes was dropped on its edge so that the corners of about 1/4 of the order had bent corners of the hard covers. This could have beed avoided by foam or corrugated edge (corner) padding. To be clear, the mishandling was at the hands of the shipping company.
Again, this is an excellent company with knowledgeable staff who bend over backwards to help the author produce a quality publication. I would recommend them highly, especially for the novice author. Their kindness and eagerness to help was outstanding. DiggyPOD is a five star operation with an easily corrected packing issue. I have no doubt, after working with them for 6 months, that they will earn the five star (or even six) rating that they richly deserve."
