I was very impressed with the quality but most important of all was their customer service, they actually have employees available to answer your calls and assist u with any question u may have. When my books were delivered a few had a small damage on the edge of the spine, when I reported this to their team, they immediately replaced every single one that had a small damage when I provided them with the photos.
