"This is my first book printed with DiggyPOD. The process was fairly easy for me. The book looks great and the colors really "pop!" The shipping turnaround time was on point.

On my end though, I should have confirmed that each graphic page would be opposite the text it related to. I didn't check with DiggyPOD to make sure that would happen. Therefore, each graphic is on the page behind the text it relates to. I was unsettled at first but I think this oversight on my part will work out as I am selling the books. "Had 3 different prints of same book because headers off, print in different fonts, color off, and assumption that they actually look at/check book before print. Christina was kind. Valerie was the one that helped on my 3rd try with same book when I told her headers were off because of blank page they inserted that was supposedly needed in book. She said that they didn't FIX header issue, but I had to. She allowed me to send in another file which straightened up header issues. Jennipher was supposedly assigned my file and was absolutely horrible with no solutions to my problems. She actually treated me as if I was a bother to her when I called to get understanding on how to fix my book issues. [Again, this was the 3rd try with print of same book] Jennipher was not solution orientated with me. The amazing thing is because Jennipher had my file [even though I got no help from her] she had the audacity to charge me for sending in another file to fix the problem of headers disaster. They would not fix it, but charged me when I fixed my own file. I guess I should have paid for 4 prints. "

On behalf of our customer support team please accept our apology for your order not meeting your expectations. There were a couple of issues I did come across which both had to do with your file set up prior to ordering. The first issue is the interior text pages had incorrect margins and the fonts were not embedded when you uploaded your file to your order. We went ahead and fixed these issues at no charge. Secondly, your table of contents page did not fall where you needed it to be, resulting in a new file being submitted thus the reason for the new file charge as new files go through our quality check department to ensure it's print ready.
