"I was preparing a hard cover famiy history, and I used the templates to help resolve many technical areas of concern as I prepared the text in Word. I relied on a few of the videos to interpret problems I encountered, and they were helpful. I ran my text through the checking tools and discovered problems I needed to solve. I found that at least one problem could not be solved by me, no matter how I tried -- related to margins. However the staff assured me that they could fix this with the simple file fix option. It seemed to me that the template, their PDF conversion tool and the checking tool were out of sync in some way. Not a big deal, but I did have to pay the extra $35 to get the margin problem fixed. Also, they do not offer a wrap around template for the hard cover. My daughter, who is a professional in this field and has designed many such covers, was helping me and found some of the directions related to the cover confusing. All's well that ends well, and the project ended well. The staff are very helpful and responsive. The tools are for the most part very helpful."

"Oh, my GOODNESS! I squealed with delight when I opened the first of my 5 boxes and pulled out my 1st copy of my book! WOW! It superseded my expectations and those expectations were set VERY HIGH! It is AWESOME! Each book had the same, exceptional quality look and feel. The coil binding was strong and secure. The look is FABULOUS! The feel is SMOOTH! The only glitches were my fault because I had a chance to proof the digital copy which was SO EASY but I was out of time so I let the issues go. They are few and miniscule. The integrity of the book was not affected one bit. I had two FABULOUS "Helpers" there - I wrote down their names to Thank each but cannot find that paper. (You two are AMAZING!) The 3rd time I called, another very knowledgeable woman used her experience to solve my problem with creativity and impressive problem solving skills. Before we hung up, after she solved my problem, she took a quick minute to compliment my photo choice on my Cover. That thoughtful comment gave me confidence in my work which was just what I needed as I knew the book was going to the printer just in time to be given out for Christmas 2021. Both of these "Helpers" there at DiggyPod made the final process easy and so pleasant - easing my stress! This was my 2nd book working with DiggyPod; the last book was 8 years ago and very simple compared to this HUGE Cookbook.
