"Fantastic customer service. I ordered some cheap cables (great price on these) It happened they were out of stock. That happens to the best company. MIght be a manufacture problem. I don't blame them. Instead of excuses or a backorder notice, they offered me the choice of waiting or taking longer (higher priced) cables at no additional charge. They may be losing money on me for that but they have earned a returning customer who will spread the word. Not all companies recognize that great service benefits them, not just the customer. These guys do. Nothing like self interest to insure they will keep it up."
"I purchased 4 GB of SuperTalent ECC server memory from Digiconcepts on May 2, 2008. The very next day, I found the exact same memory from another vendor at a significantly lower price. Since the order had already been filled, it was too late to cancel. Once the memory arrived (in perfect condition), I contacted Michael Baker (co-owner), explained my situation, and amazingly, he offered to not simply match...but to BEAT... the competitions price! "I ordered a TV-IP400W Internet Camera from Digiconcepts
- Order placed on 7/1/2007 and confirmed on 7/2
- Order arrived on 7/6, but required a signature (surprise)and I was not home
- Order re-delivered 7/7. Camera arrived broken, and with no invoice
- Immediately filed out online RMA form, indicated no invoice received, give order number instead
- Wait 2 days, no response
- Refile the RMA form
- Wait several hours, still no response
- Called office, get a recording promising a response in 2 hr. - got no response
- Called office again the next day, left stern message. Got a response apologizing for not responding and telling me no RMA form was ever received. Am told no record of RMA requests exist because invalid invoice number entered.
- Blood boils
- Exchange e-mails with RMA department which asked questions I had answered on both RMA forms (No, the camera does not snap back together, little pieces of it were rattling around in the unopened box)
- Receive RMA # afternoon of Friday 7/13
- Return part at my expense via priority mail on next Monday 7/16
- Heard nothing from company for two weeks! No indication returned part was received. Nothing.
- Emailed company 8/1, asking if returned merchandise was received. Got an answer
saying "The camera was sent back to the manufacturer for replacement last
week. It usually takes about 2 weeks to get the new one." This more than two weeks
after I sent it via priority mail.
- It is now nearly two weeks later (8/13) and still no replacement.
- Called company again. Got a recording promising a call within 2 hours (no human answer three times out of three calls). Left a very stern message.
- No response as of yet, several hours later.
So, it has been over a month, and still no product.
