"Purchased Samsung Original PC4200 DDR2 533MHz 1 GB DIMM in October 2005 that came with a 12-month warranty for defective parts. In mid April 2006, began experiencing lock-ups and after running Windows Memory Diagnostics, I learned that one of the DIMMS I purchased from Digiconcepts was defective. I requested an RMA from their website on April 20th, the site claims RMA's are issued within 2 business days. After a full week (Apr 27th), two emails, and a phone call to one of the owners, an RMA was issued. The DIMM was shipped to Digiconcepts via UPS two-day air and arrived on May 3rd, within the 10-day limit of RMA numbers. The site claims that RMA replacements are made within 12 business days. It's now June 3rd. I have sent several emails and made several phone calls, no replies to either. I finally sent an email to Michael Baker, one of the owners and explained that if this matter was not resolved I would report this poor customer service. All I want is my replacement part. I have received absolutely NO reply from Digiconcepts. The part is under warranty until 10/2006, I am beginning to think they're going to keep it until after the warranty expires. This is absolutely rediculous and I would NOT recommend using this company to anyone! Who knows if I'll ever get the piece back that I need. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau online, hoping that they will push this company to replacing my part, as required by the original purchase.

"This merchant substituted 2 of the 3 items I ordered from them with inferior products that were available from other online merchants for less money. They did not ask my permission for the substitutions before shipping them. Very poor way to do business. This was my first order with them, and I will certainly not buy from them again!"

"This is my second order from Digiconcepts and have yet to be dissapointed. Michael(owner), gave me personalized custom service that is very hard to find online, locally, or anywhere. Very timely to respond to all of my changing inquiries, which I had a lot of. Very flexible to my shipping needs, ( I live in Hawaii). Discounted prices but not discounted quality. Professional and expeditious service. Do yourself a favor and make Digiconcepts your one stop shop for all of your computer needs.
