"I had a motherboard go out on a key computer. Went online and found Digiconcept. They had exactly what I needed at the right price. After ordering, I sent them an email asking if they could expedite their processing so they could ship out same day and I would receive next day. They were more than happy to oblige.
I never received a shipment notification with a tracking number, but about 10 minutes after emailing them asking for the tracking number, my package was here.
Michael, the person I was emailing at Digiconcepts was friendly and professional.
The only drawback was the 2-business day processing listed on their website, which they worked around. And the lack of tracking number, which didn't become a problem. But if UPS didn't deliver that morning, I would have been concerned because of the lack of a tracking number.
Overall, I had a very good experience and I can't wait to do business with them again."

"Ordered an AMD Windsor CPU from Digiconcepts. They were the only dealer that had this CPU in stock, so I gave them a try. After several days with no confirmation of shipment, I contacted them. I was told I entered my order incorrectly. They said I hit prepay (hold for pre-payment) button instead of PayPal button. However, the money was taken from my PayPal account. Several days later, the CPU shipped. Shipped me the wrong CPU (Brisbane). No invoice was in the box. Went to website, requested RMA, need invoice number to fill out RMA form! Used my order number,that works too. Several days later, got an apology,(the Windsor CPU was not in stock) and the RMA. Retured item with tracking number. Waited 5 working days after they recieved my return, no communication at all from Digiconcepts. Rather than fighting with them, I filed a complaint with PayPal. Got another apology and my refund the next day.
I would not recommend using Digiconcepts.
