I've dealt with far too many small online businesses, and experienced the shady service and incompetent customer support of those companies, and DigiConcepts is NOT one of them! I ordered a very-low priced Intel Processor (found that DigiConcepts was a budget-sensitive online reseller thru Google Shopping) at a very low price (compared to major resellers), and I received not only IMMEDIATE shipping (I ordered the product one day with standard, fairly-priced shipping, and received it the VERY next day!!!!!!!), but also amazing and very personal customer support.
