"Sorry, I don't think your service has been "awesome." It's not until you've paid that find out your order is being sent from China and will take a while to get here. Now my item is stuck at Heathrow. Eleven days have passed and there is no sign of the item leaving Heathrow. Despite friendly customer service, I have been told that they will not issue a refund until DHL have updated them with the shipment status. That's just passing the buck. I didn't order from DHL.

To make things worse, I seem to have been signed up to a Facebook style community and now receive spam emails."

"Attractive price and quick delivery but when the camera arrived it was not the uk version and had a charger which would not fit our plugs. they had provided a cheap adaptor but this did not fit the charger which means I cannot use my camera and to buy a charger for the uk will cost £70 more which added to the original value makes it more expensive than I could have bought it somewhere else.
Have contacted digitalrev.com but they are un helpful and said "we would like to inform you that since our products are from the Asia-Pacific market, they would normally be the Asian versions. Therefore, the original battery charger may be the Japanese type." As if I should have known I was buying a camera I wouldn't be able to use in the uk when I could find no information to suggest this on there website.
Would not recommend you buy unless you want to have to buy another charger just to be able to use your camera."
