"I am very dissapointed with Digital Gift Store. A month ago, I ordered heated pet beds. When they arrived, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. I was unable to reach anyone by phone. I made contact by email and was told to reorder the right size, and that a return label would be included with the second order. The second order did not include a return label. Now it has been 2.5 weeks since I made the original request to return the first order and they are still stalling. Now I have two expensive orders and cannot retrun the one that I don't need.
I am not optimistic that this will be resolved without my contacting Better Business Bureau or other agencies.

"I had placed an order for an IUC-4100 underground fence and also added an upgraded 18 gauge roll of wire. The package arrived quickly and later in the week I noticed the original 20 gauge wire did not come with the package. I contacted digitalgiftstore.com and received immediate attention to the issue where they sent me a new 500' roll of the upgraded 18 gauge wire for free."

"Digital Gift Store is horrible in customer service.
I ordered an office chair, when I received the item, it is damaged. From this point on, you can't reach any one for replacing or exchange item. The package come with paper work from Norstar office product Inc, when you call them, they claim I didn;t order from them, I have to call Digital Gift Store.
When you call Digital Gift Store, no one pickup the phone. You email them, they totally ignore you.

"Found this site while google searching for a weather station. I was pleased with the price they had for the Oregon Scientific advanced weather station and quickly placed an order. The station arrived quickly, but unfortunately it came with the incorrect power supply. I got in contact with the support at Digital Gift Store, and they reached out to the distributer and were able to get a correct power unit sent to me for free within the week. I'm very impressed with their price and how they opperate, they didn't just simply shift the blame to another company, they took matters into their own hands and resolved the issue themselves, for my benefit. This site has secured themselves another customer!"

"I ordered from Digital Gift store and 2 weeks had went by and I still had not received my item but they managed to charge me right away. So I emailed them to see status and they forgot to ship my item to me ok so then they told me they were shipping it out to me. I emailed them back to ask them if it would go out overnight since it was there mistake and never heard back. I placed the order on March 24th and it is now April 13th and I have yet to receive this product. I am sooo disappointed with this website and I will never ever order from there again!!!!!"

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't try to ever take something back to the company. Bought something for $20 with $10 shipping....turns out it didn't fit. Too bad they tell me. Unless it is defective they won't even talk to you. It took me 3 weeks to get someone on the phone- that's right...3 weeks! They ask you to leave a voicemail when you call. I did. Twice. No answer. Sent an email to them. No answer. Sent another. FINALLY got an answer. And they say, sorry- you only had 3 weeks to return. I tell them I have left message after message and they tell me too bad. They refuse to call or take my call and just want to email. Finally they respond that if it's not defective too bad. I asked about how they can call themselves a business if they have no return policy and everything is sold through 10-word descriptions and 1" photos? Not only would i never do business with this company again, but I will make sure everyone else looking into this company knows how they operate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!"

"The Tech Craft TV stand I ordered last week arrived today in perfect condition. "Digi Resources LLC is a fraudulent company. In short - we ordered a grill, they sent a wrong one and wanted us to keep that one. When we refused they told us that we were liable for all shipping charges and restocking fees,furthermore it was going to take them up to 6 weeks to credit us. I provided proof of fraud to credit card and got refunded the money. Digi finally picked up the grill. I also contacted Better Business Bureau regarding this issue. The case was unresolved and Better Business Bureau informed us that the complaint was going to be reflected in the company's public BBB Reliability Report.
Digi Resources then went on to negatively affected our credit score for the alleged amount owed - $78... It is amazing that companies as such stay in business. Worst online experience ever!!! Do not buy anything unless you have months to spare to fix what they mess up.

"I purchased a baby video monitor from Digi Resources (www.digitalgiftstore.com and www.digitalkitchen.com) on the internet in 11/06. I had a warranty issue with the item approximately one year later and needed a copy of proof of purchase to provide the manufacturer. I could not remember were I had purchased the product but knew that I had paid for it on my American Express Credit Card. I contacted Amex to obtain a receipt. I received an e-mail from Digi Resources asking why I was reversing the charge for the item. I explained exactly what had happened and even provided the name of the American Express customer service representative who assured me that he was not being charged back. I was not seeking credit. I was simply seeking a receipt from my credit card company, which I am entitled to do. They sent a $25.00 non-payment fee straight to a collections agency even after my explanation and when there was in fact no reversal of payment. I filed a claim with the better business bureau and their response was "a $5 gift card valid on any other shopping site at the customer's selection upon payment of outstanding balance." I should not have been charged a $25.00 non-payment and collection fee as there was no violation of Digi Resources policies. If Digi Resources is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, as they claim on their web site, this issue would've been resolved back in 2007 when I replied to the e-mail and I wouldn't be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau three years later! Digi Resources never had a monetary reversal or cancellation of original charges paid. There was no additional cost incurred by the company. They simply provided an original proof of purchase to American Express, same as if I was to call them directly and ask for a receipt. The whole thing is REALLY unprofessional and poor business practice. I highly caution anyone who is thinking about doing business with them - cheaper prices isn't worth the hassle received!

"Run from this company! I ordered a component for my weather station. It did not work when I got it. I returned it to the company and they never sent my refund. I finally challenged the charge with my credit card company and did not have to pay. This company then charged me the amount in a penalty assessment they reported to the Associated Credit Services (Collections agency) in Idaho. They said their "Purchase Agreement" allowed them to do this because chargebacks make them look bad. I have no product. I get a bad credit hit from them. And the interest keeps accruing. Don't believe me. Read the purchase clause they make you check when placing your order. This company will TAKE your money one way or another. Very rude. Very Unprofessional.

"HORRIBLE! This company has horrible customer service. When you apply a coupon code, the site will take it, and you will be emailed a confirmation that reflects it and shows that everything is okay with the order. Then, if they reject the coupon code, your entire purchase will be canceled WITHOUT notification: no call, no email, nothing. The site might have some good deals, but it's so not worth it."

"Worst company EVER to do business with! They send out poorly made and defective merchandise and when you try to return it they say you have to reorder something else or there will be a 25% restocking fee! If you dare to dispute the charge with your credit card company they turn you over to a collection agency!! BEWARE of this company...wish I had checked them out first.

They have now slandered my name by filing a malicious and fradulent report with Ripoff Report!

"AWFUL COMPANY - BEWARE! Placed my order as site showed 38 in stock. Wrong! Received email that they had none and did I want to make a pre-order for 12/31/09? I said yes and then to my surprise received notice that my order had shipped with a tracking # to be delivered 12/14/09. It was not delivered but was charged to my Visa. The tracking number by UPS showed my "order" was delivered to a dental office. I notified digitalgiftstore and received a nasty reply which nastiness continued in ensuing emails as they said I had threatend them by disputing my Visa charge. I was told to "shop elsewhere." I will never do business with this outfit again that operates out of a house in Sammamish WA where a whole bunch of flakes hang out."
