"Note that my order was in 2002, not 2004. The
system wouldn't let me enter the actual date.

These guys did an alright job. I called to make
sure that they answer the phone and to check
stock. They don't keep the stuff there, but have
it drop shipped from mfr. They said that they
had 30 pieces in stock, but considerably after
I placed the order I found out they had vanished.
I eventually got my order. Woody was very
responsive throughout the entire delay period.
I'm going to try ordering from them again now.
I'd rate my first experience B-

"they charged my CC right away, but only after me emailing for 2 weeks they informed me that the statys was "The distributor advised that this item is on backorder with no ETA."

they still have not credited my CC.

"I saw two reviews for this site and at first was

a little leary, because all the comments were

made about how easy it was to return items and

get refunded from this company. However, I had

no intention of doing any of this once my item

was purchased. Therefore, I took a chance on

this company, but it paid off. I had no hassle

at all, and the transaction went smoothly. My

order even arrived in a timely fashion. The

only gripe I have comes as a small one, and

really has nothing to do with merchandising or

the overall process. It was only the fact that

my first name was misspelled. Other than that,

I would recommend this net vendor to anyone.

"Had a great experience with my return with DigitalGiftStore.com. I had to wait 2 weeks for the credit but that is OK as they were waiting for the factory to tell them it had been received.

Had to give them cc info again as numbers purge. Inconvenient but also believe that is good as it protects me from theft.

Normally returns are a nightmare but they had their act together!

I will definetly be back- Keep up the good work.

"Tried to return product but there was a mixup on return instructions. After returning, no refund appeared and they said my Credit Card number had expired on their system. I erronously sent them my Discover card number and had ordered on a Visa card. This caused more delays but refund received. Woody was very helpful and always replied promptly. A combination of errors but everything worked out fine. No problem ordering from them again."
