"I chose Digital MegaStore through an internet price comparison site. The store had good reviews and offered the best price for what I was looking for. The day I ordered, Derek called and confirmed the order, was very friendly, didn't try to pressure me into additional merch, informed me of a few things I needed to know about my item and let me know the item was in stock. The item was shipped the next day, I received it today and am very happy with the price and service. I will definitely check Digital MegaStore next time I'm looking for other items."

"I must admit to being a little skeptical when after placing an order I received a request by e-mail and phone to “verify” my order. I fully expected to receive the hard sell to buy additional accessories upon contacting the number provided. Given this, imagine my surprise when I contacted them and spoke to Derek, he genuinely wanted to confirm my order for security, and to make sure my shipping information was correct. The hard sell was refreshingly non-existent, he only ask if there were anything else he could help with.

I am sure we have all heard of pressure to purchase when “verifying” orders, even to the point of canceling orders when accessories are not purchased; I assure you this was not my experience. The product (Garmin Nuvi 750) was received quickly as promised; I could hardly be more pleased. I highly recommend Digital Megastore.

"My experience with the Digital Megastore was very unsatisfactory. They had some problem with the realization of the payment with my credit card, and I was not informed about it by anyone, even though before I spoke on a phone to a consultant and he informed me that my order was on its way. Eventually I had to call them again and then I was informed about the problems they were having. I canceled my order and I will not be shopping here again."

"This is an update to my previous review; this time with a word of caution. While we were thrilled with the speed of delivery and the camera itself; I do feel that a word of caution is in order. When on the phone, we noticed that accessory kits were available. Originally, we were going to go with the basic kit. Fred mentioned that the Advanced Kit would also give us another battery and a 2GB memory card. We went with that option. Please beware!!! The 2 GB memory card that comes in this package is NOT the one that will allow the user to use their panoramic picture taking option on the Olympus. This is because you can only use Olympus 2GB cards, not the Fuji card that is sent with the Advanced kit. Now we need to buy yet another memory card to use the panoramic feature. Yes, we did call Fred, he passed us through to customer service which basically told us we were out of luck, we shouldn't have assumed. He's probably right, but my perception is now tainted by this."

"I ordered a new camcorder from Digital MegaStore. I really liked the confirmation phone call from a sales rep before shipping. Derek was knowledgeable and helpful during the call and answered all questions I had about product options and accessories. Shipping was very fast and items were delivered as ordered. "Purchased a Sony DSH9 camera. Received a camera with a faulty card reader also lens adapter missing. Returned the camera, received a second camera. This time half of the image had a screened appearance. Returned the second camera asking for a refund. Received a third camera unsolicited with a faulty card reader. Returned it with the extra accessories purchased since I'd lost confidence in this model of camera. It took several attempts to reach someone to speak with on why I had not yet received a credit for the accessories (couldn't get an e-mail response from the company). One call was told that the only person who could help me was out of the office for a week. All of the camera boxes had been opened prior. The last camera came with a used user manual. Waiting to see if I receive the credit for the accessories. Also, incurred three Fedex charges on the returns with no relief from this store. Recommend this store--are you kidding."

"This Company is a SCAM! Can't begin to explain the headache that I endured in dealing with these crooks! I am still being held in Credit Card Limbo over charges and charge authorizations that these jerks refuse to remove. Digital Megastore? Time to Envy? Platinum Enterprises? When I finally got to speak to someone at their "customer service" number no one could even tell me why they charged my card under these other names. Take my advice steer clear of this phoney bunch of crooks."

"Beware!!! Price was good and online ordering was smooth, but they shipped the wrong product! Unable to contact customer service, sales, info or any other department via email or phone for over two weeks. Voice mail keeps saying "closed" even during business hours, and provides no opportunity to leave a message. Now, the website has been changed to indicate that customer service has no open business hours. Looks like I've been scammed. "

"FRAUD, CROOK!!! Bought brand new TV and got a USED/REFURBISHED/RETURNED TV. Don't buy from these CROOKS.

I purchased a Sharp Aquos LC-46D62U from these guy for $1837 plus $149.89 shipping. Three weeks later, I took delivery of the TV on March 30. The box came with blue plastic wrapped outside and the box looked fine off the truck so I thought eveything is fine. Since I have waited 3 weeks for this, being anxious to open it, I didn't pay attention to the box after I removed the plastic wrap but you can tell it was re-taped (not just along the open edges but all over). There was no plastic strap around the box either. When I opened and took the TV out, I can sense that it was not a brand new TV. The user's manual was not in a sealed plastic bag. A corner of the manual's back page was ripped. The remote was out of the bag with one missing AA battery. There was tape residue on the back of the remote control. The package for the screws was taped with transparent tape and one long screw was missing. You can tell the stand has been assembled and un-assembled for a return. I can see minor scratches around the hole. The packing styrofoam on the bottom were mostly broken. There was no clear tape on the top and bottom of the TV like the one I bought from Costco. After I powered the TV on, only got white screen with red/green vertical lines across the screen. Also, black streak all the way across the top and along the side of the screen. I plugged in the DVD player and I can't switch the input. The screen would dim and then brighten back up.

So I called digitalmegastore and told them they shipped me a non-working USED TV , forgot the name of the guy. He was adamant that they only sell brand new TV. I later found on their website that they sell refurbished TV for about $200 less. Anyway, this guy would later say that since the TV is not working, he will make arrangement for the trucking company to come and pick up the TV and they would send me a new replacement. A week later (4/5/07) I called them again, talked to Bill this time. He finally acknowleged that they may have sent me a returned instead of a new one. Bill promised me that the trucking company would call me by 4/11/07 to pick up the TV. No call!!! I called them today 4/13/07 and talked to Jamie. This guy told me today that they have filed a claim for damaged shipment with the trucking company and until the claim is settled, I have to wait. WTF!!! These crooks are screwing everybody. I have contacted American Express to dispute the charges. Amex will contact them to help me get a refund.

Finally, got my refund back. I am very happy to get out of this deal. NEVER buy from these guys.

5-25-07. Contacted Sharp and was told that this serial number is on file. A previous owner had the same problem. Also, Digitalmegastore is NOT an authorized dealer. No warranty!!!

"BUYER BEWARE!: The Keystone cops of online shopping. I was in the middle of a move and decided to put an order in for a new tv to be delivered to my new address. For the next week, they called and email me 3 times a day telling me they could not put through the charge. Finally, I told them to cancel and they complied..even sending me an email confirmation. Come to find out, 2 days after they sent me my email confirmation, they processed the charge causing my account to be overdrawn (since I found another vendor who could accomodate) and casuing a $25 bank fee to me. Definitely not worth the headache. "

"I am not sure who these people are reviewing but they either work for DM or they have been extremely lucky.

Simply put I ordered a tv on the 16th of January recieved email of its confirmation on the 17th of January and now it is february 1--no tv. Now mind you I paid for the express 3-5 business day shipping. Still no tv. Not one to get too excited about theese tyoes of things I sent a courtesy email to them to see where it was, their reply, "we'll get you some tracking information on that". A couple of days later still not tracking information. So I hit them back again with several phone calls to their CS department that guess what, always rings thru to V-mail. So I hit them back with another email, "we'll look into". Sure I said but, you should credit my account for the non-performance of express shipping--no reply. Now the phones and emails have fallen silent.

Terrible CS. Won't do business with them again. I can't even get a hold of them to cancel the original order.

"Worst experience ever. I bought an HDTV that arrived at my house broken. I returned the TV and have proof that they received it and they still haven't gave back my money ($2700). Customer service is inexistant. They hang up on me everytime I call. Avoid this place like the plague."

"This company was straight forward and professional! After reading store reviews on several cam websites, I was initially scared to death to order from any of them.I first called this store before I ordered online to ensure that they had the product in stock. I spoke with "Abe" and he assured me that they did. I informed him that I did not want to receive a follow up call about my order. He explained that was only done with purchases over $2000 and since mine was well under that, I wouldn't receive a call. I purchased the new JVC Everio GZ-MG27 on a monday at 11:30 am and received it on Wed. at approx. the same time! The camcorder was packaged nicely and the product itself was new from the manufacturer as stated. I would definately reccomend this store to anyone and will purchase from them again! "
