All three are still in service and running well, haveing had minimal-to-no maintenance or repairs over the years. Unlike many Digital Storm customers, whose focus is gaming, I use my PCs in a buseness environment, primarily as CAD workstations. I routinely run AutoCAD drafting software 40 hours per week. Digital Storm uses the highest quality components and custom builds high-performance PCs that are reliable workhorses over the long haul. Customer service at Digital Storm is excellent. My computers were always delivered when Digital Storm said they would be delivered at the time of purchase."

"I needed a computer to use for my video production business. I had heard of Digital Storm and decided to give them a try. Their pricing was very fair and the process of customizing and creating a machine that suited my needs was EASY! The couple of times that I contacted Customer Service, they were quick to reply and help. My only "complaint" is that it didn't get here quick enough because I wanted to start creating with it immediately. I'm normally a "Mac" guy but after experiencing this machine, I don't foresee myself buying another computer from Apple.

"I recently just received my pc in the mail and I could'nt be happier. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 was because of how long my older took to come in, I didnt pay extra for shorter wait time as I didnt want to be that short on cash. I ordered Dec 27 and received around March 4th, well worth the wait however. I used to be on a 1060 with a Fx 6300, running at an average of 45fps on Modern warfare. My new Digital Storm pc runs in comparably better at an average of 220+fps with a 3080 and Ryzen 7. Very fast boot up times for startup, and running games with my M.2 drive. The only minor issue I have is with my led lights as I havent been able to turn them off, it's an amazing display of led however trying to sleep with it on can be a bit of a challenge for me somtimes. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend going Digital Storm if you wanna spend the money on it, I went big and went home spending a good 3,600$ on this monster rig but you can still go lower on the price for a great pc. Digital Storm will have you covered in every aspect with great staff and customer service. Thank you DS for my new rig, I look forward to seeing this company grow bigger as time goes on and as the pc industry makes new advancements in hardware/software.

"I did some research before buying from a SI company. You have to comb through a lot of negative reviews. But one company I didn't see many negative reviews from was Digital Storm. Everyone has some sort of bad review from shipping to hardware to the build itself. But the one part you need to watch is Customer Service. This is where Digital Storm shines. Great customer service, get product is why I went with Digital Storm. I've had my new computer for over a week, and I haven't regretted it yet! If I have an issue, I know DS will come through and make me a happy customer. I doubt I'll be purchasing a computer from anywhere else."

"I had shopped around for Gaming PCs, for the past few months. I kept being drawn back to Digital Storm. Not just because of how they looked, but they were offering far more "extras" than any other custom PC company. Their prices were more reasonable than other companies. They also offer financing! So I not only got a great pc, but I can build my credit at the same time.

I needed a PC that could handle my streaming/ and streaming programs, but I needed something that will help improve my overall streaming experience. I got the Lynx tier 2 PC build. It has 2tb of storage, 16 gb ram 5 cooling fans, the NEW Nvidia G-Force graphics card and so much more. The options to add a monitor, keyboard, and mouse were extremally helpful. It prevented me from having to shop around at multiple places, and waste time at stores I do not like.

My computer is so quite, and it puts off little to no heat at all. Comes with a remote to control lights, and fans. It's honestly the neatest and most expensive thing I have bought myself as an adult. IT IS SO POWERFUL! It exceeds my expectations. Well worth it. Also, I'd like to mention, that it looks beautiful! The wiring is all tidy. You can tell that they not only know what they are doing, but that they take the extra time to make the wires etc look neat. Overall. I have nothing but good things to say about Digital Storm, and my Lynx. Thank you!

"So I ordered a Lynx Level 3 PC, with an i7 Intel Processor and a GeForce 3060 RTX, and since I’ve gotten it I love it! I have only ever played on console and now I don’t ever see myself going back! The people at Digital Storm seem to be very knowledgeable about PC’s and their components and the way they correlate to each other, it definitely can be seen within this unit! Overall great experience and would definitely 10/10 Recommend!"

"This is my second Digital Storm PC and I love it! 13 years ago, I purchased a Digital Storm Workstation 166343. At the time it was an expensive system, but it had the latest Processors and Graphics Cards which is one of the reasons it was not outdated much sooner. I must say that I use my PC a lot both work business and personal use. The system ran 7 days a week, 14+ hours a day all without a hiccup. Lately it started to slow down when working on large data files or videos which was my reason to replace it with a new custom Digital Storm Slade Studio Workstation.
I dig look around for potential other systems but always came back to this. The configuration tools, the specs and pricing were the best I found for my needs. The order process was quick and simple. Communications began immediately informing me of the build process and timeline. Build time was estimated to be 14-21 days. At first, I became concerned when my build did not progress for the first two weeks. After two weeks it moved to stage 2 (Pending Inventory). All good as we were still within the specified ship range. One week Later my build moved to stage 3 (of 7) (Pending Assembly). However, nothing progressed. After my quoted ship window of 21 business days had passed, I reached out to Support and received an immediate response from Ann Boland informing me that my build was moving to stage 4 (Assembly Started). From heron out everything was smooth sailing, and I received my Workstation shortly after.
Packaging was outstanding and no damage occurred during shipping. Setup was simple and straightforward with the system firing up on first attempt with no immediate issues. The only problem I experiences was during the file transfer from my old system, I was unable to locate the Data Drive and Scratch Disk. As I was unable to resolve the issue, I contacted Tech Support (on a Holiday Weekend Sunday)! To My amazement I received a call back the same day early Sunday morning. The Tech Support Tech was very knowledgeable and professional. After a quick 5-minute remote session the tech got my system to recognize the drives again and it’s been perfect ever since.
If you’re on the fence about Digital Storm and or worried because of some unhappy reviews, rest assured, Digital Storm stands behind their product, the provide top notch tech support and most importantly their systems last forever (probably not a good thing for them). I would recommend getting higher spec components as opposed to the base configuration, so the system won’t immediately be outdated as tech advances. This is one very happy customer and thanks DS for your great support and quality builds!

"ordered a custom computer with the highest end parts. i knew it would take a few months to build due to the fact that there is such a shortage on certain parts. the communication between me and digital storm was excellent. certain parts were so delayed, they called to provide a free upgrade to parts that are readily available. this is going above and beyond for customer service. computer was packed on a pallet and secured extremely well for my custom liquid setup. thank you for the high quality stress test and recommendation on upgrades and free upgrades. DigitalStorm was extremely communicative of the back order every step of the way and even upgraded at no charge the memory when they got something comparible in so I didn't have to wait any longer!
