"I bought my first Digital Storm build 14 years ago because of all the positive reviews and they exceeded my expectations. I am still playing games on that unit, but purchased a new build so I can play 4K games( I was able to get a GTX card). My new unit is incredible (and beautiful) and I will be playing games on it for another 14 years. My son will get my previous unit and he cannot wait. Digital Storm's hardware is top of the line and their craftmanship is superb. I used to build my own computers before my first Digital Storm build, but I cannot match the price, ease, service, quality and support. I know my unit will run properly and to the best specs.

"Incredibly clean cable routing and attractive case with easy access for any upgrades you may want to pursue. Of course, our gaming daughter was excited with the remote for the light show. Had a minor issue with the Nvidia drivers (related to a Msft upgrade, not Digital River) and tech support called and took care of it within a few hours. Shipping was reasonably quick being at Christmas. Most important, we feel that customer support is always there to help out with questions and are quickly able to help solve any issues. As for performance, the PC is a beast with the config. we selected and the ability to upgrade as needed will keep the machine alive and well for years to come."

"Digital Storm is an AMAZING company! I ordered a custom built gaming desktop for my son for Christmas. They quoted me 18-21 business days for delivery and they were spot on! I got emails from them when my PC was moved from one stage to the next! Once my PC was shipped I received an email containing a video to help with set up! Oh, and I have to mention that it was shipped OVERNIGHT from California to New Jersey! The packing of the PC was also incredible! There is some delay due to shipping issues such as them receiving parts and the PC being picked up by who ever they ship it from there. Unlike someone else's review I do understand these delays are unavoidable. Customer service experience is top notch. One thing to note, and I'm saying this after reading other reviews, do not expect your computer to arrive two weeks after your purchase. Companies like this have to acquire all of your customized hardware, meaning if you decide you want a 3080Ti, you're going to have to wait. Frankly, the fact that pre-built companies can even get those things is amazing. They're -very- clear on when the 14-21 business day delivery will happen (just read the email they send you).
