These PC are by far the best bang for you buck out there, not only are you getting quality parts you have a team that is always ready to assist you with any issues you have. I personally for the 3060 ti and I was expecting just a regular MSI GPU but instead got the FE, something as simple as this calmed my nerves on buying a PC without seeing any reviews. "I have not had a problem with the system so I have not had to use technical support; however, I believe if I did it would not fall short of my high expectations. I am very pleased with my new system and so far I haven't been disappointed. It's only been a month though. My family and friends think it is really awesome as I show it off and I love getting to see everything inside the chassi as I play my games, it really helps set the mood! I'm not live-streaming or a super user by any means. I do like to play games and perform basic functions and the LYNX is a rock star. I have been able to play games on high-quality performance, which is something I couldn't do before, so it's pleasing to me.

I know most of the equipment (CPU, GPU, RAM, ...) is bought and assembled, but what I will say about the Digital Storm aspect is: I love the chassi, the colored lights, the fans, and cooling system. It's a sleek, visibly pleasing design, and just the right size for my desk (not to cumbersome, not to tiny, just right). When I had a question about the "system progress status/stages" your customer support desk answered right away. Like within 5 minutes right away.

I had been searching online and doing rigorous research for months on computer specs that fit my applications. I knew exactly what I wanted. When I came across your product it checked a lot of boxes off my list and I knew I had the one. I dug into your company to find out more. I reviewed forums and looked at outside sources on many of your product and customer reviews. Generally, it was positive on both fronts. I was impressed overall.

I originally wanted to build my PC but thought better of it when I knew the many warranties and possible mistakes I could make, plus all the hassle of making sure I had the proper drivers and software installed/updated. That's when I moved away from building to buying.

I think my next upgrade will be more storage. I bought this system with 500 GB, and I'd like to add 250/500 GB more. Perhaps just dedicating one M.2 drive to the Windows OS and the other to storage? With this total amount I will be using this system for many years to come with no worry.

Before, I had a laptop for 8 years (it was 3 years old when I bought it, again I don't need the 'latest and greatest') so I needed a "sudo apt-get update/upgrade". The laptop wasn't performing top-notch anymore and I could barely play any of my games (also took forever to boot-up). My budget was trying to stay below $1,500 and I did come close to that. The $1,590ish was worth the investment and the accessories and 4-year service/protection plan.

I had always liked the idea of RTX and watched many videos of people using it, and now I can finally participate! And boy does it look good.
